| What does being a sponsor entail? We know there are many people who are unable to keep an animal in their home, either because they could not give it the attention it needs, or for other reasons. Or perhaps you already have a dog or cat at home and cannot cope with any more pets… If you find yourself in that situation, but would like to be able to help in some way, you can choose one of our rescued animals and SPONSOR IT. Sponsoring an animal means you take charge of part of the expense of keeping this animal at our centre (a minimum of €18 per month), and you can visit your sponsored pet on Saturdays, when the volunteers are present, and take it for a walk, or give it some doggy treat, so the animal may enjoy your company and you too can get some exercise and relax in the natural surroundings. And if your dog or cat gets adopted, you can choose another animal to sponsor from all those at our centre. |
