Foster owners: The re-homing centre is not a suitable place for puppies and kittens because many of them arrive without having been vaccinated and in a very weak state. However much care is taken, these young animals may fall ill. Our volunteers usually take them home with them, but there are often more of them than homes to go to. We need people who are willing to take in puppies or kittens for a limited period of time, until we can find them a permanent family. If you would be interested, please click here

Animal Travel boxes (Cage-like boxes for transporting animals): These are boxes used for transporting animals. They come in different sizes and we use them a lot to carry cats and dogs to the vet, for operations, etc., and especially when we send them by plane to new homes we have found for them in Germany. In this latter case it is not easy to retrieve the boxes, and every so often we have to purchase new ones, also to replace those that get broken. We are always in need of travel boxes.

Medical supplies: De-parasiting medicines: external (Frontline, Ex.spot), internal (Canex y Praziquantel); Augmentine 500, Vibracina, Clorhexidine, Flagyl; 2.5 and 10 ml syringes, needles, alcohol, compressors, bandages.

Cleaning materials All installations at our re-homing centre must be constantly cleaned and disinfected. Products such as household cleaners, rolls of kitchen or industrial paper for mopping up, equipment such as buckets, mops and brooms are quickly spoilt by heavy use and we constantly need new ones.

Collars and leads: We need these to take our dogs for regular walks. Being in constant use, they wear out very quickly and are always in short supply. In any case, we are always very grateful to receive anything for animals you no longer need, be it for dogs or cats.

Tools: Large or small, of any colour or shape…. At our rescue centre there is always a need for small and large repairs. Therefore we are always grateful for any kind of tools you can spare or no longer need. No matter what they are for, we can surely find a use for them.

Distribute piggy banks: You can help us by giving out piggy banks at the veterinary clinics in your area, at your shop or in stores who wish to cooperate. We would provide them to you and you would just have to tell us when they are full, or inform us every now and again so we could collect them and replace them with another empty one. We are in bad need of funds from anywhere and everywhere for our new re-homing centre!

Stamps: Stamps are always welcome, there are always letters to be sent to members or adopters, and the more of these we have, the more the cost rises! If you could send us a couple of stamps every time you write to us it would considerably cut our costs and you could really help us without too much effort. Stationery: especially sheets of paper, biro pens, pencils, rolls of fax paper, files…

Volunteers: Volunteers with common sense, and a sense of responsibility and firm commitment, because they need to have the resolution and initiative to solve problems and act in emergencies.
